Even until some decades ago, about half a dozen handbags and purses would satisfy every fashion need of a woman in that department. European women would buy their bags from big fashion houses - mostly Louis Vuitton, Hermes and Chanel - on their trips to the capitals of Europe, like Paris, London and Rome. Just 1 or 2 spring/summer handbags and a couple of fall/winter purses were enough for everyday use. A large summer bag for vacations and a couple of evening purses were other additions to their closet and together, they would make the fashion statement of a European woman.
Nowadays, half a dozen of handbags and purses are apparently not enough. With all the new designers and constant changes in fashion market, it's hard to keep up with only a couple of handbags and purses. Many women spend thousands of dollars each year on designer bags, while some prefer to pay less by buying wholesale handbags and wholesale purses and still be able to keep up with the newest trends.
Meanwhile, the meaning of a bag, even if it is a wholesale handbag or whole purse, has changed. The feeling that a handbag is personal territory and represents power is common among all women. Handbag is a private space, it's a place that can be organized according to personality and needs. It's no just the private space that makes a bag important for women, it's also the functionality. A woman can walk around, feeling comfortable that anything that might be needed during the day is stored in her handbag or purse. It is said that carrying a handbag gives women a sense of security.
Handbag is what women take along with themselves for most hours of the day, every single day, so it should be comfortable and stylish , and any bag, even a wholesale handbag or wholesale purse, can qualify for this purpose as long as it can put these two qualities, comfort and style, together. Therefore, even if a wholesale handbag or wholesale purse is chosen to represents a woman's sense of style and fashion, it should be well made and chic.
